In order to prevent acidosis from developing, you have to exclude all dairy products, refined sugars and grains, genetically modified and processed foods, and fish and red meats from your diet.
But, consume more nutrient-dense foods, and try to stick to a healthy ratio of 80% vegetables and 20% fruits.
