In fact, you should make a mixture of salt, lemon, and pepper and add them to a salad. Also, this combination can serve as medicine and it is used by a lot of people all over the world in the treatment of everyday ailments.
What you can treat with this natural remedy:
- Sore throat
You can relieve your sore throat by mixing 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and half a teaspoon of black pepper in a glass of warm water. Then, you should gargle a few times on a daily basis and you will feel a great relief as well as prevent coughing.
- Stuffy nose
Also, you can alleviate the stuffiness of your clogged nose by sneezing. So, you should just combine equal parts of cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom seeds, and cumin into a mortar and pestle and grind it until you create powder. Finally, you should smell the mixture slowly and embrace the sneeze.
- Remove gallstones
You may know that the gallstones can block your digestive system and can be quite painful. Moreover, they are usually removed with surgery.
However, there are many people that treat this problem by using natural remedies. You should mix 3 parts of olive oil and 1 part each of black pepper and lemon in order to dissolve the stones.
- Canker sores

- Cold and flu
To get rid of a common cold you should squeeze half a lemon in a large cup of boiled water. Also, let the pulp and peel steep in the water for about 10 minutes. At least, remove the lemon and add a spoonful of organic raw honey. It is recommended to consume this natural remedy as needed until you feel relief.
In case of nosebleed just apply a little lemon juice on a cotton ball and place it in your nostril. But, you should also till your head slightly forward in order to stop the blood dripping into the throat and prevent nausea, too. Furthermore, the nosebleed will stop immediately.
